Five Days to Santa Fe is not just a photographic drive across three states, but a search for clarity with the city of Santa Fe as gatekeeper.  The mountains of New Mexico have always been a haven for my family but as I’ve gotten older and busier it has been more difficult to find time for those retreats.  Ultimately, these pictures attempt to depict ascension to a literal and metaphysical asylum bathed in color and quietude.
